The Coman house was built in 2007 being one of the first houses in its neighborhood, setting an example for future architects. With its stucco design and tiled roofs it sets itself apart from the other homes in the area. This residence is occupied by a family of five allowing the new modern style to blend in with their old family traditions. The foothills accentuate the classy and prevailing style of this contemporary architecture, allowing the house to be a conventional characteristic of the new growing area. This house stands out from many of the other houses in this newly built neighborhood. Its colorful outsides provide for a unique character brought together by the different perspectives to collectively create this masterpiece. The Coman residence used their inventiveness to build this home from scratch to fit their vision of a perfect house.
