This house is identified as Post-Modern due to its variety of styles throughout the house. It is located on a hill, which gives the house a dominating feeling. When aproaching the front door, the off-set cobble stone stairs extend steeply upward. The windows on the left side of the building, on the balcony and as well as the front of the house enhance the aesthetic appeal of the structure. The large two-story columns at the top of the stairs before the front doors resemble elements of the greek Revival style. On the ground level there are two glass doors leading to the front yard surrounded by white trim which enhances the presence of the doors. On the left side off the house, just above the garage, is the dinning room which has bay-like windows that reach from the top of the outset to the bottom. It adds elegance as well as a post-modern touch to an older style of architecture. One of the more important features of the house is the balcony. It resembles art deco through its bowed movement and its elegant design. This building is an excellent example of the post-modern style through its variety of styles which range from older architectures such as Greek revival through Neo-Eclectic.
