This home reflects the Georgian Colonial Architectural style. The home includes six fireplaces, each reflecting the origin of the room, four stairways, a safe box, and a secret passageway. The home models the president's mansion of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. It was built in the 1980s and in the 1990s two wings were added to the home to provide for more living space. The home has a large courtyard and garden that imitates colonial times through the recognition of wealth. It has the five front window characteristic of a Georgian home as well as the doorway features. The brick against the white trimming also provides a contrast that is a expression of this colonial style. The home is located in a historical district that is known for the natural hot springs that runs underground and that provides natural heating for the homes.
